All sticker orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow a window for mailing to be delayed at times. If needed by a certain date, please reach out and contact me at potterdesign@yahoo.com

Shipping Rates
Our vinyl stickers are shipped via USPS Mail. Shipping is FREE but not tracked!

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States from when your order is marked complete. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of stickers and small handmade items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sticker choice
  • Minor variations in color (screens may display colors differently)
  • Digital downloads

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email at potterdesign@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear dated photo of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Sticker decal is indoor and outdoor (UV) safe, and weatherproof.

Your waterproof sticker is made from a high quality 3 mil glossy permanent vinyl with eco solvent waterproof ink. The vinyl is indoor and outdoor (UV) safe, and weatherproof. If applied to a clean, smooth surface the sticker will last up to 3 years of use. They are used best on a smooth, not porous, & clean surface. Textured surfaces are not recommended for sticker use.

DO NOT put the stickers through a dishwasher!!! OR soak it in water. Hand washing is fine, but don’t scrub the decal.
